Overview

RandM Vape offers a return policy for disposable vapes within 15 days of delivery. If you’re looking to return or exchange your Rick and Morty Vape for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

This policy applies only when your R&M Vape not been used and in the resellable condition with original packaging.

Order Discrepancy

  1. Any discrepancies in orders such as flavor, strength or models, wrong order must be notified within 24hours of receipt of your order confirmation.
  2. Damaged / defective vapes or missing items from your parcel must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Due to persional unwanted reason of returns or refunds, please send request by email in 15 days upon receipt of the package. Opened products or vapes damaged by improper use can not be returned or refunded except in the event of a faulty item.
  2. RandM vape shop will provide a refund or replacement for a faulty product only after receiving and inspecting the returned vape.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit, depending on your account company.
  4. Please contact RandM shop at support@randmvapes.com for a return or refund request if your item unopened or experience a defective RandM disposables.
  5. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to cancel dispatched items. If package on the way, your may return it at your own expense after receiving the vape.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RandM Vape Warranty

R and M provide a “Dead-On-Arrival” guarantee for disposable vapes. This means that R & M will only accept returns for provably faulty disposable items within 48 Hours of purchase. However, RandM cannot guarantee the taste or puff count of disposable vapes, as these factors are depending on user’s vaping habit, and subjective cannot be verified.

Please note we can not accept above non-faulty or misuse reason for a return or refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for genuine customers.

Taste or Flavor

The taste of a disposable vape is a highly subjective factor and cannot be objectively verified, as it can vary from one to other. While there maybe inherent variances in taste from batch to batch, most products are generally consistent in taste and flavor. However, some users may experience taste or flavor changes during or after a period time of usage. Your vapes may taste slightly differently when the e-liquid level or battery drains, also different strength of nicotine may affect the overall flavor of the vape as well.
