We provide express and USPS shipping services. No tax needed. For certain places, we might not deliver or need extra shipping.

When will my order be shipped? And how long does delivery take?

We will ship your Rick and Morty vape within 1-3 business days of your order placement.

US domestic deliveries usually arrive in 3-7 business days depending on where your package starts and where it’s going.

It may take anywhere between 7-12 business days when send R&M Vapes to EU countries.

How to cancel the order or change different items?

It is the customer responsibility to make sure the address, order item and quantity are accurate. Once payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. RM vape orders can not be cancelled or changed once the order has been shipped out.

If you do need to exchange or cancel your order, please contact us at in the first minute when you change your mind.

Please note: Your order can be canceled or changed if it has not shipped. Once the package is collected and shipped out, we can not process in such cases.

My RandM Tornado arrived defective, what to do?

In very rare cases, your order may be arrived damaged. In such case, please contact our customer service team via with a clear photo and/or video of the condition and we will help you with the issue immediately.

Please make sure notify us of the damaged product within 48 hours from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 2 days will not be accepted.

How do I track my order?

Once we shipped your orders, a tracking number notification will be sent to your email. Customers can track your R & M Vape order status in personal account. Please use the correct tracking site to get valid shipping information.

Customers can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we ship the parcel. But once the package has been collected and sent out, we could not change the shipping address or refund due this such reason.

Return & Refund

Any new and unused Rick and Morty Vape purchased from RandM can be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 30-days warranty of delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
