We guarantee every RandM Vape is from original factory have successfully passed every quality test. RandM Vape devices purchased on randmvapes.com come with a 15-Day Limited Warranty and 3 Day (DOA) Guarantee from the date of delivery.

Once your RandM Parcel has been received, please check the R & M Vape package and all items carefully to make sure whether they can work well.

If there is anything wrong with your RandM Tornado, we’re always here to handle it with a professional manner to make our customers satisfied with their purchase from RandM Vape Shop.

15 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items

R&M Vape shop wants you to be completely satisfied with our products and service. If for whatever reason you do not want your Rick and Morty Vape within 15 days of receiving it, we accept sending the item back to us that have not been opened or used. Refunds are issued after we well receive the item. The return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable in such cases.

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

How to Make A Warranty Claim

In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us at support@randmvapes.com or use the Contact Form within 15 days of original delivery. We do require the defective item to be shipped back to our facility prior to the issuance of a refund or store credit.

The 15-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

If your device meets the requirements for our 15 Day Limited Warranty, you may initiate a return with us by email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
